We are currently taking applications for the 2023-2024 in-person academic year.
Parents interested in Wider Horizons School for their children need to call the office at 352.686.1934 to set up an appointment for a personal interview. This interview includes parents, the child or children, and administrators of WHS.
At that time if the child and the parents seem appropriate to join the school community an application will be given. No application is ever given without an interview.
The Registration Requirements:
1. Students and parent interview (Junior high and high school students need to spend time testing before being accepted. In some circumstances elementary students will need to be tested as well.)
2. Completed application form and notarized permission slip.
3. Records from previous school including immunization record and physical examination and whatever immunizations are required by the state.
4. Registration and fees paid.
